Enrolling your child in Markel's K12 insurance is easy, just follow the steps below:

1. Complete an enrollment form (see the forms to the right).
2. Make a check or money order payable to Markel Insurance Company.
3. Write your child’s name on your check or money order.
4. Mail the check or money order and the completed enrollment form to Markel (see address on the form).
5. Your cancelled check or money order stub will be your receipt and confirmation of
   payment.
6. Keep the brochure portion of the enrollment form for future reference. Individual policies will not be sent to you.

*Please note that this insurance is not sold on an individual basis, your child's school or school district will need to offer Markel's K12 insurance if you would like to enroll them.  Coverage is not effective until Markel Insurance Company receives the payment.
